镀锌板磷化中金属离子对磷化膜的影响

摘    要:在镀锌板磷化液基础配方中加入不同的金属离子,研究其对磷化膜的影响.结果表明,金属离子对磷化膜耐硫酸铜点滴时间影响较大;对磷化膜的形貌影响也比较大;在所加入的金属离子中,含Cu2 的磷化膜附着力比含Mn2 、Ni2 的更好.

Abstract:The effects of the phosphating solution on the phosphating film are studied by changing various metal ions.The results show that metal ions have a greater affection on the dropping time of copper sulfate in the corrosion resistance test of phosphating film;the effects of their content on the appearance of the film are more obvious too;and the adhesive strength of phosphating film containing Cu~(2 ) is better than that of Mn~(2 ) and Ni~(2 ) among the three kinds of metal ions added.
