战时(突发事件)条件下铁路通过能力研究

摘    要:铁路通过能力是反映铁路线路固定设施、设备技术水平的一个重要指标,但在战时(突发事件)下,由于敌人对铁路运输设施的反复打击与破坏,平时标定的铁路通过能力已不能完全反映铁路线路的技术水平,呈现出一种不断变化的状态。为此,分析战时不同状态下铁路通过能力状况,在引入了折算列车中断时间的基础上,提出弹性通过能力这一概念,并对铁路弹性通过能力进行分析。

Research on the railway carrying capacity in wartimes or in sudden affairs
Abstract:The railway carrying capacity is a very important criterion to judge the technical level of railway establishments and equipments. But in wartimes or in sudden affairs, because of being struck and destroyed again and again by the enemy, the railway carrying capacity in peacetime can't reflect the really technical level completely, and it will change continually. So, we analyzed the railway carrying capacity in different condition in the wartimes. In the basis of inducting converted suspended time, we advanced the conception of elastic theory of railway carrying capacity ; we also analyzed it in depth.
