供应链中合作伙伴收益原则研究

明确了供应链收益分配应遵循的4条原则，即多劳多得、风险补偿、效用最大和综合优化原则．分别分析了基于多劳多得、风险补偿和效用最大原则的3种收益分配计算模型，设计了按投入资源多少、承担风险大小及效用乘积最大分配收益的3种方案．为综合体现上述3条原则在不同情况下在收益分配中不同的重要程度，采用了改进的群体重心模型，并引入了重要度系数．最后，通过算例说明了群体重心模型在供应链合作伙伴收益分配中的应用．

Research on Benefit Allocation among Cooperative Partners in Supply Chain

The four principles for benefit allocation among cooperative partners in a supply chain were proposed, i.e. more pay for more work, venture compensation, effectiveness maximization and comprehensive optimum. Three models of benefit allocation were set up respectively based on the first three principles, and three schemes of benefit allocation were designed for different resources input, possible venture and effectiveness product. To take the importance of the three principles under the different conditions in benefit allocation into account, an improved colony barycenter model was adopted, and the concept of essentiality modulus was introduced. At last, a calculation example was given to explain the application of the improved colony barycenter model in benefit allocation among cooperative partners in a supply chain.
