慢性肝炎肝硬化患者血清胆碱酯酶与肝纤维化血清标志物的相关性分析

目的:探讨慢性肝炎、肝硬化患者血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)活性与血清肝纤维化标志物的相关性。方法:用放射免疫法(RIA)测定176例慢性肝炎、肝硬化病人和92例健康查体者血清肝纤维化标志物透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ·C)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)水平,同时用全自动生化分析仪测定血清CHE水平。结果:随着慢性肝炎、肝硬化患者肝组织炎症和纤维化程度升高,肝纤维化血清标志物HA、LN、Ⅳ·C,PCⅢ水平逐渐升高,血清CHE活性逐渐降低,血清CHE活性与HA、LN、Ⅳ·C、PCⅢ水平呈显著负相关(P均<0.01),相关系数分别为:-0.966、-0.958、-0.964、-0.971。结论:血清CHE水平是反映肝实质细胞损伤和肝纤维化程度的敏感可靠指标。

Correlative Analysis Between Serum Cholinesterase and Serum Markers of Liver Fibrosis in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis Or Cirrhosis

Objective To study the correlatron between serum cholinesterase （CHE）.activity and the levels of serum markers of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis. Methods The serum hyaluronic acid （HA）, Laminin （LN）, typeiv Collagen（Ⅳ· C） and typeⅢ procollagen（PCⅢ） were assayed with radioimmunoassay（RIA） in 176 cases of the patients with chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis and 90 health control, the serum CHE was assayed with antomatic biochemical anolyzer at the same time. Results With the rise of the degree of hepatic inflammation and fibrosis, The levels of the serum markers of liver fibrosis were rose, The serum CHE activity was fell, The serum CHE significantly correlated with HA, LN, Ⅳ·C and PC Ⅲ, correlation coefficient were -0.966,-0.958,-0.964,-0.971,respectively.Conclusion The level of serum cholinesterase is a sensitive and steady index to reflect the injury of liver cell and the degree of liver fibrosis.
