| Abstract: | The changes of ideas of transmission and distribution network planning in the power market are summarized,and uncertainties that the planning is facing are analyzed.The new ideas and methods for transmission and distribution network planning in the power market are discussed,and the investment decision for the transmission network under uncertain conditions as well as the planning of urban distribution network under uncertain loads are illuminated. |
