摘    要:分别采用钛酸酯偶联剂NDE311、硅烷偶联剂KH550处理氢氧化镁[Mg(OH)2],将偶联Mg(OH)2与微胶囊化红磷复配无卤阻燃高抗冲聚苯乙烯树脂(HIPS).比较添加偶联剂前后Mg(OH)2无卤阻燃HIPS的综合性能,发现偶联改性可改善材料的阻燃性能、弯曲性能;比较不同偶联剂处理Mg(OH)2的无卤阻燃HIPS的综合性能,发现经KH550偶联剂处理后的材料综合性能较好.

Abstract:The non-halogen flame retardant HIPS was modified by the collaborative flame retardant system of red phosphorus and magnesium hydroxide modified,which the magnesium hydroxide powder was modified by silane coupling agent KH550 and titanate coupling agent NDE311.Comparing the performance of non-halogen flame retardant HIPS adding coupling Mg(OH)2 with that of the uncoupling,the results showed that former had performed better on flame retardancy and bending property.Comparing the performance of non-halogen flame retardant HIPS by adding different coupling Mg(OH)2 found that the comprehensive properties of material adding Mg(OH)2 by silane coupling agent were better.
