非牛顿流体油藏数值模拟理论研究

摘    要:根据非牛顿流体在多孔介质中渗流的流变特性 ,结合油藏注水开发的特点 ,建立了三维油、水两相非牛顿流体渗流数学模型。利用已开发的数值模拟软件对一个具有Bingham原油特性油藏注水开发的五点注采井网实例进行了数值模拟研究 ,论证了非牛顿流体油藏注水开发的一般性开采原则。在均质地层中 ,若保证相同的累积注水量 ,当牛顿水驱替牛顿原油时 ,原油注采强度对最终的开发指标影响不大 ;而当牛顿水驱替非牛顿原油时 ,原油注采强度对最终的开发指标影响较大。当驱替液为牛顿流体、被驱替液为非牛顿流体时 ,如果非牛顿流体表现为Bingham塑性流体或剪切变稀特性 ,大压差生产有利于提高原油的采出程度 ;如果非牛顿流体表现为剪切变稠特性 ,则应尽可能采用小压差生产。

Abstract:Based on the rhelogical behavior of non_Newtonian flow in porous media and the reservoir behavior in water_injection exploitation, a mathematical model has been developed for the non_Newtonian fluid 3D flow of two phases, i.e. oil and water. A developed software has been used to simulate a reservoir example which contains a Bingham fluid and is developed by a five_point injection and production system, and to demonstrate general principles of water_injection development for this type of reservoir. In a homogeneous formation and at the same cumulative volume of injected water, the production rate can not make a great effect on the final exploitation parameters when Newtonian water is driving Newtonian oil. By contrast, the effect may be guite great when Newtonian water is driving non_Newtonian oil. When the driving fluid is Newtonian and the driven fluid is non_Newtonian, a great production rate is favorable to improve oil recovery if the driven fluid has behaviors of Bingham plastic fluid or shear thinning, and a small production rate should be preferable if the driven fluid behaves with shear thickening.
