标准换能器辐射电导的电学法测量研究

摘    要:本文基于串联共振等效电路得到的声功率表达式,阐述了用4192A型阻抗分析仪测量标准超声换能器辐射电导Gr的方法。将电学法测量的辐射电导与辐射压力法的毫瓦级超声功率国家基准装置所测量结果进行比较,结果表明,标称频率为2.5MHz、5MHz的石英晶体标准换能器的辐射电导的误差分别为0.35%和2.11%,在电压表的误差小于或等于1%的情况下,可以保证换能器辐射的超声声功率的误差≤5%。实验研究证实该方法是一种简便、准确可靠的方法,不但可以对辐射压力法所测换能器声功率的标准换能器进行比对检验,也可以作为新的计量基准或标准使用。

Study on Electrical Measure Method for Radiation Conductance of the Standard Transducers
Abstract:This paper discusses the expression of sound power based on the series resonant equivalent circuits, the method of measuring Gr(the radiation conductance of standard transducer) by 4192A impedance analyzer is given. Compared the radiation conductance measured by the electrical method and the milliwant ultrasound power national primary viscosity equipment which use the radiation pressure method to measure the sound power, the result shows: error of radiation conductance of those quartz crystal standard transducers whose nominal frequency is 2.5Mhz and 5MHz is respectively 0.35% and 2.11%; it can provide that the error of ultra sonic sound power of transducers is below or equal to 5% in the case of when the error of voltmeter is below or equal to 1%. By the experimental study , the method has been proved simple, accurate, and it not only can test the standard transducers whose sound power are measured by the radiation pressure method, but also can act as new measurement standards
