舌癌切除术前综合性干预对术后舒适度和并发症的效果评价

目的：探讨舌癌切除术前综合性干预对术后舒适度和并发症的效果。方法：选择择期行舌癌切除术的患者48例,随机分为实验组和对照组各24例,对照组给予常规术前指导,实验组术前在此基础上给予系统的综合干预,两组术后的护理程序完全一致,比较两组术后患者吸痰、口腔护理的舒适度及并发症的发生率。结果：实验组术后的吸痰、口腔护理的舒适度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：术前综合性干预,可提高患者术后舒适度,减少术后并发症。

Postoperative effects of comprehensive intervention in tongue cancer resection patients

Objective: To investigate the effects of preoperative comprehensive intervention on postoperative complications and discomfort degree in tongue resection patients.Methods: 48 cases that underwent selective tongue cancer resection were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by half.The experimental group was given comprehensive preoperative intervention on the base of conventional preoperative guidance that was given to the control group.Postoperative care procedures that were given to the 2 groups were entirely the same.The incidence of complications and the discomfort degree felt by patients when sputum suction and oral care were performed were compared after tongue cancer resection.Results: Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed lower discomfort degree and lower incidence of complications with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: Preoperative comprehensive intervention can improve patient's comfort degree and reduce postoperative complications in patients that underwent tongue cancer resection.
