摘    要:乏氧是肿瘤对放化疗抵抗的主要因素之一。PET乏氧显像发展至今有近10年的历史,尽管不断有新的正电子乏氧显像剂问世,但18F-MISO仍是临床前和临床经验累积最多的显像剂。该文综述了18F-MISO在临床前及临床研究的进展,着重于肿瘤的异质性对乏氧阈值判断的影响,并与血氧水平依赖(BOLD)MRI比较。

Abstract:Tumor hypoxia has been a therapeutic concern since it can reduce the effectiveness of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Although other newer hypoxia agents have shown clinical potential, 18F-MISO still is a most completed study both in preclinical and clinical practices. We reviewed the application of 18F-MISO, especially the threshold of positive hypoxia which would be impacted by tumor heterogeneity, and compared it with blood oxygenation level dependent (BOLD) MRI.
