| 摘 要： | 为了完成对使用已久的吊机进行应力评估，采用电阻式应变片对吊机进行应力测试，测出吊机加载后的应变大小，根据胡克定律得出吊机所受应力大小，从而判断吊机是否能满足强度要求。通过试验测试给出一种测试评估方法，使吊机在不同变幅角度起吊最大载荷，测试其应力大小，从而检验吊机的起吊能力是否仍能满足设计要求。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the stress of crane, using the resistance strain gauge to test the stress of crane, measured the strain size of crane after loading, then according to Hooke’s law calculate the stress, thus to determine whether a crane can meet the strength requirement. Through the test give an evaluation method, make the crane to lift the maximum load in different angle of angle, to test whether the lifting capacity of crane can meet the design requirements. |
