| 摘 要： | 探讨如何实现在IP网上的实时视频传输技术，并在UDP／IP及RTP／RTCP协议之上，提出了一种扩展的实时视频数据传输协议IRTP（Improved Real Time Protocol）。该协议设计简单，实现方便，利用该协议实现了对视频数据高效、实时的传输。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the idea of real time video transmission of multimedia data on UDP/IP and RTP/RTCP protocols,one kind of improved real-time video transmission protocol IRTP(ImprovedRealTimeProtocol) is proposed.This protocol is simple and convenient,uses it to realize the real-time video transmission highly effective. |
