摘    要:烟火药是电的不良导体,在生产和使用中极易受到摩擦作用,发生电荷积累形成静电,易发生静电放电导致燃爆事故。介绍了运用抗静电剂对烟火药的原料进行改性处理后,改善其静电性能,达到防止电荷积累,降低烟火药静电火花感度。实验证明在烟火药的某些原料中加入约0.4%的抗静电剂SN后,其静电火花感度实验初始值均由6kV提高为12kV,静电火花发火能量E0.01、E50、E100与未加入抗静电剂的烟火药静电火花发火能量相比提高3~5倍;提高了烟火药的抗静电能力,为烟花爆竹生产系统安全运行提供保障。

Abstract:The pyrotechnic is a poor conductor of electricity, in the production and use of highly vulnerable to friction, occurrence of charge accumulation forming electrostatic, susceptible to electrostatic discharge lead to fire and explosion accident. This paper introduces the application of antistatic agent on the pyrotechnic material after modifi- cation, improve their electrostatic properties, to prevent the charge accumulation, improve the pyrotechnical electro- static spark sensitivity. Experimental evidence in the pyrotechnic certain raw materials in about 0.4% of the anti- static agent SN, the electrostatic spark sensitivity experiment of initial value are improved from 6kV to 12kV, electro- static spark ignition energy of E0. Ol, E50, El00 and not adding antistatic agent of pyrotechnical electrostatic spark ignition energy compared to raise 3 ~ 5 times. Improve the pyrotechnical antistatic ability, and further for the produc- tion of fireworks and firecrackers to guarantee safe operation of system.
