| 摘 要： | 对乙酰氧基苯乙烯可用于合成作为光致抗蚀剂（光刻胶）主要成分的聚对羟基苯乙烯。本文介绍了中间体对乙酰氧基苯乙烯的合成方法，其主要采用对羟基苯乙酮、对羟基苯甲醛、对乙基苯酚及衍生物等为原料合成。

| Abstract: | 4-acetoxystyrene is an intermediate in the preparation of Poly(4-hydroxystyrene) used for the production of photoresists. In this paper, the methods of synthesizing 4-acetoxystyrene mainly from 4-hydroxyacetophenone?4-hydroxybenzaldehyde?4-ethylphenol and its derivates was reviewed. |
