秦皇岛地区春季常见面部皮炎发病因素与诱因分析

目的:探讨秦皇岛地区春季常见面部皮炎发病与诱因的相关影响因素。方法:随机选取秦皇岛军工医院2018年3月-2018年6月收治的120例面部皮炎患者进行回顾性分析,记录所有纳入患者的一般临床资料及环境因素、饮食因素、精神因素及心理因素等可能导致患者发生面部皮炎的影响因素进行Logstic单因素分析,明确相关影响因素后再进行多因素Logistic回顾分析。结果:本研究中接触性皮炎41例(34.17%),激素依赖性皮炎26例(21.67%),特应性皮炎20例(16.67%),季节性接触性皮炎16例(13.33%),光感性皮炎14例(11.67%),不明原因皮炎3例(2.50%)。对收集资料进行单因素分析可知:性别、民族、家族史、生活环境、经常搔抓、常受汗水浸渍、抑郁及焦虑等对比存在差异性,为面部皮炎发病的可能病因及诱因。采用多因素Logstic回归分析表明,生活环境潮湿、经常骚抓、常受汗渍浸润、经常抑郁、经常焦虑、抑郁和焦虑的交互作用等因素为面部皮炎的独立致病或诱因。结论:秦皇岛地区面部皮炎以接触性皮炎、激素依赖性皮炎及特应性皮炎等为主,占面部皮炎的72.50%,生活环境潮湿、经常搔抓、常受汗渍浸润、经常抑郁、经常焦虑、抑郁和焦虑的交互作用等因素为面部皮炎的独立致病因素或诱因。

Analysis on the Causes of Common Facial Dermatitis in Spring in Qinhuangdao Area

Objective To investigate the factors related to the incidence and inducement of facial dermatitis in qinhuangdao area in spring.Methods Randomly selected from qinhuangdao military hospital in March 2018 to June of 120 patients with facial dermatitis were analyzed retrospectively,record all included in the general clinical data and environmental factors,dietary factors,mental factors and psychological factors may lead to the infl uence factors of the patients with facial dermatitis Logistic single factor analysis,clear related infl uencing factors after the Logstic retrospective analysis on various factors.Results 41 cases(34.17%)of contact dermatitis,26 cases(21.67%)of hormone-dependent dermatitis,20 cases(16.67%)of atopic dermatitis,16 cases(13.33%)of seasonal contact dermatitis,14 cases(11.67%)of photosensitive dermatitis and 3 cases(2.5%)of unexplained dermatitis were reported.Univariate analysis of the collected data showed that there were differences in gender,nationality,family history,living environment,frequent scratching,perspiration,depression and anxiety,which were the possible causes and inducements of facial dermatitis.Multivariate Logstic regression analysis showed that factors such as moist living environment,frequent scratching,perspiration infi ltration,frequent depression,frequent anxiety,the interaction of depression and anxiety were independent pathogens or inducements of facial dermatitis.Conclusion The facial dermatitis in Qinhuangdao area is mainly contact dermatitis,hormonedependent dermatitis and atopic dermatitis,accounting for 72.50%of facial dermatitis.The living environment is damp,often scratched,often subjected to perspiration infi ltration,frequent depression,frequent anxiety,depression and Factors such as the interaction of anxiety are independent causes or causes of facial dermatitis.
