摘    要:以千米深井朱集西矿11-2煤层11501工作面为工程背景,进行了应力主导型突出精准防控技术应用研究,测试了煤层及其顶板厚硬岩层瓦斯力学参数,评价了煤层突出危险性及煤岩层冲击倾向性,分析了11501工作面回采动力灾害属性,研究了动力危险区划分方法并进行了区域预测,制定了针对高应力危险的大直径钻孔、顶板深孔预裂爆破、煤层注水区域卸压措施及顺层钻孔预抽区域防突措施,配套了工作面回采邻近层瓦斯涌出治理技术,考察了动力危险防控及瓦斯治理效果。结果表明:回采期间局部预测最大钻屑量为3.9 kg/m、最大残余瓦斯含量为5.14 m^3/t、回风流瓦斯浓度维持在0.45%以下,未出现预测指标超标及瓦斯超限事故,实现了应力主导型突出动力灾害分区、分级的精准防控。

Abstract:The application of stress-dominated precise outburst prevention and control technology was researched with the engineering background of 11501 working face of 11-2 coal seam in Zhujixi Coal Mine, a kilometer deep mine. Gas mechanics parameters of coal seam and its roof thick and hard rock are tested, the risk of coal seam outburst and the impact tendency of coal seam are evaluated, the attributes of mining dynamic disasters in 11501 working face were analyzed, the method of dynamic hazard zoning was studied and regional prediction was made, the regional pressure relief measures of large diameter borehole, roof deep hole pre-splitting blasting, water injection in coal seam and outburst prevention measures in pre-drainage area along borehole were formulated, gas emission control technology of mining adjacent strata in working face was matched. The effects of dynamic hazard prevention and control and gas control were investigated. The results show that: the maximum predicted cuttings amount was 3.9 kg/m, the maximum residual gas content was 5.14 m^3/t and the gas concentration of return air flow was below 0.45% during mining period with no accidents of exceeding forecast indexes and gas limit occurred, accurate prevention and control of stress-dominated outburst dynamic disaster zoning and grading has been realized.
