| 摘 要： | 针对煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔施工过程中粉尘浓度大,污染工作环境和危害人员健康等问题,基于对现有钻孔除尘技术的研究,研制出一种矿用井下钻孔全封闭多级除尘装置。现场试验结果表明:全尘除尘效率为91.67%以上,呼吸性粉尘除尘效率为90.07%以上;该除尘装置具有除尘效果明显、密封性好、粉尘清灰方便、移动方便等优点。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the phenomenon of large dust concentration, pollution working environment and health of personnel in the process of coal mine gas drainage drilling,based on the research of existing drilling dust removal technology,a mine fully enclosed multi-stage dust removal device was developed.The test results showed that the dust removal efficiency of the dust is more than 91.67%,and the dust removal efficiency of the dust is more than 90.07%. The dust removal device has the advantages of obvious dust removal effect,good sealing performance,convenient dust cleaning and convenient movement. |
