摘    要:以一种窄体履带式定向钻机的液压泵站为研究对象,阐述了电机泵组的设计计算方法、联轴器的选型和装配要求;针对该钻机结构紧凑的特点,结合整机结构布局、液压泵的参数和钻机温升,对油箱的容积和冷却器进行了计算和选型;提出了油液清洁度保障的措施,给出了钻机液压循环油路各种滤油器的安装位置和选型方法,为该钻机液压系统的稳定提供了有力的保障。通过钻机的试验台检测和现场试验表明:设计的液压泵站满足钻机的正常工作且可靠性高。可为定向钻机液压泵站设计计算提供参考。

Abstract:Taking the hydraulic pump station of a narrow crawler directional drilling rig as the research object, the design and calculation method of the motor pump set, the type selection and assembly requirements of the coupling were expounded. According to the characteristics of the compact structure of the drilling rig, combined with the structure layout of the whole machine,hydraulic pump parameters and the temperature rise of the drilling rig,the volume of the oil tank and the cooler were calculated and carried out the type selection. The measures to ensure the cleanliness of oil were explained, and the installation positions and selection methods of various oil filters in the hydraulic circuit of drilling rig were put forward,which provides a strong guarantee for the stability of the hydraulic system of the drilling rig. Through the rig test-bed and field test, it shows that the designed hydraulic pump station can meet the requirements of normal operation and high reliability of the rig. Provide a reference for the design of hydraulic pump station of directional drilling rig.
