隧道内瓦斯气体安全监测技术及其应用

摘    要:本文以南道高速马嘴隧道为工程研究背景,根据隧道施工中遇到的瓦斯问题,详细介绍了超前探孔法中钻探程序、超前钻孔及炮眼的布置,车载瓦斯监测系统与自动监测系统的构成、工作原理及布置方法,该套综合监测技术可有效降低该隧道瓦斯浓度。为保证页岩气隧道的安全施工,提出了相应的应对措施,以期对类似瓦斯隧道的施工提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Under the engineering research background of Mazui tunnel of Nandao expressway,according to the gas problem encountered in tunnel construction,the drilling program,advanced drilling hole method and borehole layout of the advanced exploration,the structure,working principle and arrangement method of vehicle gas monitoring system and automatic monitoring system were introduced in detail.The integrated monitoring technology can reduce the concentration of gas in the tunnel effectively.In order to ensure the safety construction in shale gas tunnel,corresponding countermeasures are put forward,so as to provide reference for the construction of similar gas tunnel.
