| Abstract: | According to first come first service（FCFS for short） rule,by taking into account the reasonable arrangement of different diseases on the impact of hospital beds,the model of a system of multi-service window waiting queue is established.Reasonable arrangements for the hospital beds in different situations are proposed. |
