灌封热冲击下引信内温度场测量系统设计

摘    要:为测量灌封热冲击下引信内温度场变化,讨论利用阵列式传感器进行引信内腔不同层面关键点温度场信号采集;设计了信号调理、转换电路;采用Labview构建的软件系统进行信号数据的处理和显示.提出了基于虚拟仪器的模拟环境测试方法.研究和用户试验结果表明,该系统满足引信内空间多路温度场采集、存储与处理需求,达到较高的测试精度要求.

Abstract:In order to recognize the heat shock caused by Perfusion-encapsulation, by array-distributed sensors, a method for gathering the thermo-field signals of key points in fuze lumen is discussed. An electronicsystem for signal processing and converting is designed. The software system to process and display the signal data is established based on Labview. The methods for simulative test based on virtual instruments are proposed. The research and application results show that the system can meet the needs of sampling saving and processing multi-chanel temperature signals.
