健脾补肾丸干预治疗糖耐量减低68例临床观察

目的探讨健脾补肾丸干预治疗糖耐量减低(IGT)患者的临床疗效。方法选择136例IGT患者,随机分为2组,在坚持饮食控制,加强运动的基础上,治疗组68例应用自拟健脾补肾丸干预治疗,对照组68例口服施尔康、复合维生素B、复方丹参滴丸。2组疗程均为4个月,观察2组治疗前后及停药6个月后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)。结果治疗组治疗前后及2组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、TC、TG比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组显效率及总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾丸对IGT干预治疗疗效佳,能改善糖代谢;降低餐后血糖及降低血脂有显著效果,可以有效截断扭转糖尿病的形成和发展。

Clinical observation on 68 cases of impaired glucose tolerance intervention treated by Jianpi bushen pill

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi bushen pill (JPBSP) on impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) patients. Methods 136 cases of IGT were randomly divided into two groups, besides the same conventional of diet control and improve campaign were given to both groups, JPBSP were given to the treatment group, and Theragran, mulvita B and salvia complex miltiorrhiza dripping pills were given to the control group. The therapeutic course was 4 months in both groups. The level of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose (2 hPG), hemoglobinAlc (HbAlc), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyeride (TG) was detected before and after the treatment, and 6 months after the treatment is finished. Results There was significant difference between before and after treatment in treated group, and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment. The level of FPG, 2 hPG, HbAlc, TC, TG decreased after treatment in treatment groups, showed significant difference as compared to those before treatment (P<0.05), the total effective rate and markedly effective rate in treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion JPBSP is of significance effect on IGT, it can improve glycometabolism, decrease postprandial plasma glucose and blood lipid, then cut off the formation and development of diatetes mellitus.
