对干部教育培训一些基本问题的思考

理论联系实际既是学风建设的要求，也是长期困惑干部教育培训工作质量的难题。从探讨理论与实践，教育与培训关系等基本问题出发，研究作为干部教育培训工作者应当承担的责任和可能采取的方法，提出综合使用教育和培训的策略。目前的重点是对干部教育培训工作者加强培训理论的学习和培训方法的训练。

Thinking on Education and Training of Cadres

That theory be combined with practice is not only the requirement of study style, but also a difficult prob- lem which has troubled education and training of cadres for a long time. From studying basic problems such as theory combines with practice, relation between education and training, this article put forward strategy of comprehensively use education and training. At present, it stressed on study of training theory and training of training methods for the workers of cadre＇ s education and training.
