| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胆道手术中应用胆道镜的价值。方法:回顾性分析我院自1999年至2004年应用O lymus CHF-P20型纤维胆道镜在胆道外科手术中共检查1242例患者。结果:术中胆道镜检查结果显示肝内外胆管结石904例,其中肝外胆管结石560例,结石取净558例,取净率为99.64%(558/560);肝内外胆管多发结石243例,结石取净231例,取净率为95.06%;单纯肝内胆管结石101例,结石取净96例,取净率为95.05%(96/101)。术后肝外胆管结石残石率为0.18%(2/1111),肝内胆管结石残石率为3.05%(17/557)。结论:术中胆道镜检查直观、安全高效,具有诊断治疗双重作用,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investingate the value of application during operative using choledochoscope.Method: Applied choledochoscope to treat 1242 patients during biliary tract in our hospital from 1999 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Result: Using choledochoscope during operation,stones were detected 904 patients,stones were successfully removed in 558 of 560(99.64%) patients with extrahepatic cholelithes.Intra-and extra-hepatic cholelithes were removed in 231 of 243(95.06%) patients.intrahepatic cholelithes were removed in 96 of 101(95.05%) patients.The residual stone in extrahepatic cholelithes was 0.18% after choledochoscopy,and 3.05% in intrahepatic.Conclusion: The choledochoscope used intraoperative is intuitionistic and safe and highly effective with diagnose and treatment dual function,It should be widely used. |
