| 摘 要： | 针对当前C4ISR在炮兵指挥信息系统中作用的不断提高,分析并提出了炮兵C4ISR通信分系统的效能指标体系,利用模糊综合评判方法,定性和定量分析相结合,对该分系统效能进行了静态评估,具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the function of C4ISR is rising in the artillery command information systems. This paper analyzes and puts forward the performance indicators systems of communication subsystems of artillery C4ISR. It makes the static assessment of the performance of subsystems by fuzzy synthetic evaluation and qualitative and quantitative analysis. It has some reference value on the artillery command information systems. |
