摘    要:本文通过分析企业废水来源和废水含量,应用化学法处理含铬、含镍、含氰等多类型废水,利用膜分离技术进行回水再利用,设计建立了废水处理中心系统。该系统由pH和ORP控制仪控制各处理单元自动加药,过程稳定可控,结果可数据化且可实时传递至环保管理部门,达到清洁生产Ⅱ级要求,实现了企业节能减排的目的。

Engineering Design of Comprehensive Treatment and Reuse of Electroplating Wastewater by Chemical Method

Abstract:In this paper,through analyzing the source and content of wastewater in enterprises,chromium-containing wastewater,cyanide-containing wastewater,and acid-base wastewater were treated by chemical method and reused by membrane separation technology. A wastewater treatment center system was designed and established. This system can automatically add drugs to each unit,which is controlled by pH and ORP controller,the process is stable and controllable,and the results are digitalized and transmitted to the environmental protection management department in real time. It meets the requirement of cleaner production level Ⅱ and achieves the goal of energy saving and emission reduction in enterprises.
