摘    要:‘申耳3号’是从毛木耳品种‘AP4’中系统选育出的新品种。发菌周期短,出菇一致性好,潮次明显,朵型大,产量高,烘干后子实体正面为黑棕色,背部为灰白色,适合制干品销售。

Abstract:‘Shener 3’was bred by system selection from Auricularia polytricha‘AP4’. It is characterized by short life circle,good consistency,obviuously tide time,big size fruiting-body and high yield. The fruiting body is suitable for drying,the dried product with dark brown front and gray white back.
