摘    要:本文针对汽车轻量化用高强度钢铁零件的发展趋势,讨论了这类钢铁材料的特性及近年来的发展情况;同时对汽车高强度钢铁零件的表面性能要求以及相应的表面处理技术进行了综述,尤其是介绍了近年来,针对恶劣严酷服役环境中用的汽车钢铁零件表面的高耐腐蚀、耐磨损等多种功能要求的技术发展。期望汽车轻量化在节约油耗,减少CO2的排放,提高轻量化的高强度钢铁零件的耐腐蚀等性能方面得到更多的关注。

Abstract:In this paper,according to the development trend of high-strength steel parts for automobile lightweight,the characteristics of such steel materials and their development in recent years were dis. cussed. The surface performance requirements of automotive high-strength steel parts and the correspond. ing surface treatment technology were introduced. In particular,the technical developments for various functional requirements such as high corrosion resistance,wear resistance of automotive steel parts used in harsh and severe service environments in recent years were described. It is hoped that automobile lightweight will receive more attention in terms of saving fuel consumption,reducing CO2 emissions,and improving the corrosion resistance of lightweight and high-strength steel parts.
