| 摘 要： | 以聚氨酯为壁材,驱蚊灵HLQZ为芯材,采用界面聚合法制备了微胶囊缓释驱蚊整理荆CW-1.研究了溶剂种类、乳化剂用量、催化剂用量以及搅拌速度对合成CW-1的影响,得出最佳制备工艺为:HLQZ1.5 g,二氯甲烷1.5 g,乳化剂7.0 g,TDI 2.0 g,PEG-400 4.6 g,乙二胺0.36 g,催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡0.02 g.所得微胶囊平均粒径为1.013 μm.乳液均一稳定.
