圆锥破碎机腔形研究

摘    要:为开发圆锥破碎机新型层压曲线腔形,基于分层破碎,提出固定质量原则,引入工态啮角,并成功应用于圆锥破碎机腔形的开发研究。基于固定质量原则和工态啮角,建立了圆锥破碎机曲线腔形设计模型,提出了曲线腔形设计新方法,建立了圆锥破碎机曲线腔形多目标优化设计模型,为自主研制开发新型、高效、节能的现代高能圆锥破碎机奠定理论基础。研究成果已应用于破碎机生产厂家,研制了相应物理样机,经物理样机实验验证了腔形优化设计模型的可行性和可靠性。

Research on Cone Crusher Chamber Geometry 
Abstract:In order to develop new type curve chamber of cone crusher, based on kinematic and dynamic characteristics of granular rock material, the chamber of cone crusher was researched by dividing several crushing zones. The fixed mass principle was put forward and the working nip angle was imported, which were successfully applied into the chamber research of cone crusher. Based on fixed mass principle and working nip angle, the design model of curve chamber was achieved and the new design method of curve chamber was put forward. Besides, the multi-objective optimization model was accomplished, which provided the basis for self-developing new type, high efficiency, energy saving and environment protection cone crusher. The related models were used to optimize cone crusher, and the physical prototype was manufactured to verify those models’ feasibility and reliability.
