摘    要:电压暂降概率评估的结果可以用于判断电力系统网络结构是否合理。与电压质量监测相比,随机预估方法能够在短期内得到负荷处公共连接点的电压暂降特征量。在配电馈线系统中,三相不平衡负荷沿输电线分布,且负荷类型不尽相同。如何准确地评估配电馈线网络的电压暂降概率,关键是对馈线系统的模型和故障类型进行仿真。采取蒙特卡洛法(Monte-Carlo)模拟和电磁暂态仿真软件EMTDC相结合的评估方法对配电网系统进行评估,算法通过对蒙特卡洛法随机产生的各种故障形态进行仿真计算,最后分析统计得到公共连接点的电压暂降概率。

Abstract:The voltage sag probability result can be used for judging the prosperity of the power system.Compared with the measurement on voltage quality, the stochastic assessment can capture information of voltage at the load side connected the common point. In the power distribution system, the unbalanced load is transmitted along the line, and the load type is different. How the model is simulated and the fault information is applied is vital for accurately assessing the voltage sag stochastic probability in the feeder system. The paper adopts Monte Carlo simulation and based on electromagnetic transient simulation to assess the voltage sag probability, through the Monte Carlo simulation generates all kinds of fault information. The algorithm applies all the information to simulation, finally the voltage sag probability is obtained.
