摘    要:提出一种集脉冲开关与晶闸管优点于一体的新型容性负荷开关设计思路。设计了脉冲开关与晶闸管之间的时序,基于ARM9核心控制器和嵌入式Linux操作系统,实现多路电力信号的同步采样及电容投切触发控制等,同时,采用基于模糊控制的算法以提高投切的可靠性。

Abstract:The design method of new capacitive load switch,which integrated the advantages of pulse switch and thyristor,was proposed.The timing sequence between the pulse switch and thyristor was set up.The synchronous sampling of multi-channel power signals and the control of capacitive load switch were realized based on ARM9 and Linux operating system.In addition,the algorithm based on fuzzy control theory was used to improve the switching reliability.
