关于非常规油气资源勘探开发的几点思考

近年来，石油资源短缺已成为制约全球经济发展的共同难题，世界各国都掀起了非常规油气勘探开发的热潮，开发非常规油气及油气替代品已成为各国非常规油气勘探开发研究的主要课题。随着我国国民经济的持续快速发展，油气供需矛盾也已经成为制约我国经济和社会发展的主要瓶颈之一。为此，对全球非常规油气资源的发展趋势、中国非常规油气资源勘探新领域以及关键技术等方面进行了分析讨论。结论认为：世界各国都非常重视非常规油气业务的发展；中国非常规油气资源非常丰富，但在勘探开发上急需新技术、新方法的突破；非常规油气的勘探开发应形成配套方法。应针对不同的问题采取必要的措施：①创新地质理论，找到优质资源；②发展特色技术，开发难采资源；③ 优化改进现有工艺技术，取得新效果；④发展综合利用技术，缓解环境压力;⑤转变理念，加速非常规油气资源开发。

SPECULATIONS ON THE EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF UNCONVENTIONAL HYDROCARBON RESOURCES

In recent years,oil resource shortage is restricting the development of global economy. The tide of unconventional hydrocarbon exploration and development has been heated up around the world. The development of unconventional hydrocarbon and its substitute has become the main subject. With the rapid and sustainable development of Chinese national economy,the imbalance between oil and gas supply and demand has become the major bottleneck which hindering the development of Chinese national economy and society. Accordingly,this paper studied and discussed the development trend of global unconventional hydrocarbon resources,new fields of Chinese unconventional hydrocarbon resource exploration and key technologies. The results show that the world attaches great importance to unconventional hydrocarbon business. China is rich in unconventional hydrocarbon resources,but new exploration and development technology breakthroughs are urgently needed. There should be a series of exploration and development manners for different situations. First,geological theories should be innovated to explore high-quality resources. Second,unique techniques should be applied to develop resources with exploration difficulties. Third,the existing technologies should be optimized and improved to achieve new results. Fourth,comprehensive utilization technologies should be developed to ease environment pressure. Fifth,the ideas should be converted to speed up the development of unconventional hydrocarbon resources.
