自身消毒对藻酸盐印模三维精度影响的研究

目的:使用不同消毒剂调拌藻酸盐印模材料以制成具有自我消毒功能的自身消毒型印模,研究印模材料尺寸稳定性的变化,以探求一种临床操作简单快捷、精确有效的印模消毒方法。方法:分别用0.01%、0.02%、0.03%、0.04%的C lO2消毒液、0.01%、0.02%的碘伏消毒液及无菌蒸馏水调拌藻酸盐印模材料制取标准试件的印模,超硬石膏灌模,用数字读数显微镜测量石膏模型上的标记点距离,采用SPSS 11.5统计软件对测量结果进行O ne-w ay ANOVA分析,以α=0.05为检验水准。结果:用二氧化氯、碘伏溶液调合藻酸盐印模材料对模型精度无影响。结论:自身消毒不会影响印模材料的尺寸稳定性,可试用于临床印模的消毒。

Effect of self-disinfection on dimensional accuracy of alginate impression

Objective:To study the effects of self-disinfection on the accuracy of alginate impression material so as to find out a quick,convenient and precise method for the impression disinfection.Methods:We made the self-disinfection impression by mixing alginate impression material with 0.01%,0.02%,0.03% and 0.04% ClO2,with 0.01% and 0.02% iodophors disinfectant,and with sterile distilled water,respectively.The super hard plaster was used for molding.The marking point distance of the plaster model was measured by using vernier calipers and an one-way ANOVA analysis of experiment data was made with the SPSS11.5 statistic software package.Result:There was no significant effect on the accuracy of alginate impression materials.Conclusion:Self-disinfection has no effect on the dimensional accuracy of impression materials and can be used in clinic impression disinfection.
