| Abstract: | The paper proves the necessity and urgency of technological transformation for mines and industrial businesses and advances focus of technological transformation of China's mines on backward techniques improvement, equipment renewal , higher mining and processing recovery and greater economic benefits,and put forward principles for technical economical estimation in technological transformation. In addition, it covers estimation technically,ecnomically and socially. |
