| 摘 要： | 在伊拉克卡尔巴拉拉法基水泥厂2×3 200 t/d水泥生产线生料管出料端中空轴内螺旋筒外侧法兰面和焊缝出现了开裂。对产生断裂的原因进行了分析,详细介绍了该法兰面开裂修复过程及结构改进措施。磨机运行表明,该修复方法和措施可行。

| Abstract: | It is founded that the outer flange surface and welding joint of the spiral tube in hollow shaft cracked in the process of inspecting the raw mill at Karbala (Lafarge) cement plant in Iraq .Analysis the crack reasons of the design and structure of assembly of the spiral tube and hollow shaft and make the welding methods and improving measures of repair. |
