| 摘 要： | 建筑物由于原设计的不足，或改变用途等，需对其进行加固和改造。对现有建筑物进行加固改造设计，要综合考虑结构内力分析、现场施工条件等因素的影响。通过对两个工程进行加固、增层改造，采取了安全、可行的结构加固方案，取得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Some buildings need to be consolidated and improved to remove their designing deficiencies, or to cater to their new functions or purposes. The consolidation and improvement of the buildings should be based on the comprehensive consideration of structural force analysis, field constructing conditions and other factors. The samples given in this article are good presentation of safe and feasible consolidating projects which brought obvious economic benefits. |
