| 摘 要： | 目的观察滋肾清肝汤治疗消渴病的疗效.方法共观察病例62例,其中治疗组32例,服用滋肾清肝汤;对照组30例,服用六味地黄丸;于服药8周后测空腹血糖（FPG）、葡萄糖耐量实验（OGTT）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）以及中医症候的前后变化.结果滋肾清肝汤可降低血糖、糖化血红蛋白,改善中医症候,且疗效优于对照组.结论肝肾同治治疗消渴病有较好疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of KidneyReplenishing and Liver-Clearing Decoction in Treating Diabetes.Method We examined 62 cases in all which was subdivided into treatment group of 32 cases treated with Kidney-Replenishing and Liver-Clearing Decoction;and control group of 30 cases treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pill.After 8 weeks,the condition of FPG,OGTT,HbAlc on an empty stomach and changes of syndrome were detected.Result Kidney-Replenishing and Liver-Clearing Decoction can lower FPG,HbAlc,and improve the syndromes,which is better than the control group.Conclusion Treating liver and kidney at the same time has a better effect in treatment of diabetes. |
