加强医院消毒 预防院内感染

目的为更加有效控制院内感染,加强医疗机构消毒意识。方法依据《医院消毒卫生标准》的规定,2008年天津市北辰区12家医疗机构的消毒卫生状况进行监督检测,并对结果进行分析。结果共采集各类样品218份,物体表面、医务人员手致病菌检测全部合格。总检测合格率为86.7%,其中各类医院内环境空气、物体表面、医护人员手和使用中的消毒剂的细菌总数指标合格率分别为85.0%、94.6%、75.7%、100.0%。结论医疗机构消毒卫生状况总体情况较好,但存在着空气细菌超标、医护人员手细菌超标等问题。医疗机构应进一步加强消毒管理及质量控制,严格落实各项消毒措施,使医院感染得到切实有效地控制,更好地服务于患者。

Preventing hospital infection by strengthening hospital disinfection

Objective Control nosocomial infections efficiently through strengthening disinfection awareness.Methods According to regulations of hygiene standards of hospital disinfection,the disinfection conditions was monitored,inspected and results were analyzed among the 12 medical institutions at Beichen district,Tianjin in 2008.Results Object surface,the hands of medical staff all meet qualified pathogen detection among the 218 samples collected.The total qualification rate is 86.7%,among which the qualification rate of the total number of bacteria in hospital ambient air,object surface,hands of medical staff as well as disinfectant are respectively 85.0%、 94.6%、75.7%、100.0%.Conclusion Despite relatively well disinfection conditions at medical institutions,problems such as excessive bacteria in air and on hands of medical personnel still exist.Medical institutions should further strengthen disinfection management and quality control,strictly implement various disinfection measures to better serve patients.
