大倾角条件下大采高工作面开采工艺研究

摘    要:复杂条件下大倾角大采高工作面围岩运动规律是保证安全回采的关键技术,以宁东矿区清水营煤矿大倾角"三软"富含水大采高工作面为背景,根据现场监测,系统分析了开采扰动过程中工作面采场应力应变演化的特殊规律,判断出工作面直接顶垮落步距12 m,老顶初次垮落步距39.3 m、周期来压步距为10~15 m左右,并针对现场开采中遇到的一些实际问题,提出了一些切实可行的解决方案,为安全开采提供了科学依据。

Abstract:To know rock movement rule is the key technology of ensure safe mining under complexed conditions.Take Qingshuiyin Coal Mine of Ningdong Mining Area " three soft"water-rich mining height face as background,accroding to scene monitoring,we analyzed the special rules during mining disturbance process,we determined that face immediate roof caving roof 12 m,main roof first caving step 39.3 m,periodic weighting distance is around 10~15 m,and aimed at some practical problems in sence mining encountered and put forward some practical solutions for providing a scientific basis for safe mining.
