兆瓦级变桨距风力机组齿轮箱的设计

摘    要:齿轮箱故障是风力机常见的问题。通过B laded for windows软件,产生在不同风速下兆瓦级变桨距风力机组齿轮箱的各项参数,根据风场的风频,得到载荷谱,从而实现齿轮箱齿轮、轴的设计优化和轴承的最优选择,最终提高齿轮箱的整体寿命和结构的合理性。

Abstract:Gearbox fault is the familiar problem of wind turbines.The gearbox parameters of pitch-controlled megawatt wind turbine were gotten in different wind speed by "Bladed for windows" software.Then the load spectrum can be gotten(according) to the wind frequency of wind field.With the calculation,the design of gear and shaft in gearbox was optimized and the most befitting shaft bearings were chose.Ultimately the gearbox lifespan can be increased and the structure rationality can be improved.
