摘    要:油田常用添加破乳剂的方法处理油水乳化液,费用高,且污染环境。为此,设计了一套产生交变剪切力场的振动剪切式原油脱水装置。以26号白油与清水按1:1的比例配制的乳化液作为实验介质,在0~17Hz的交变频率下进行油水分离实验,处理量为2.4L/min。采样分析表明,剪切振动可使分散相液滴界面膜强度降低,促进了液滴的聚合,能有效提高油水乳化液的分离效率。在实验范围内,振动频率越高,分离效率也越高。但乳化液在分离装置内停留时间过长或过短时,剪切振动对油水分离的作用不明显。

Abstract:The conventional way to dispose oil-water emulsion by adding emulsion-breaker additive is expensive and contaminative to the environment. A shear-vibrating separating unit that can generate alternant shear force field is designed. The experimental results show that shear vibration can lower the interface membrane intensity of the oil-water disperse fluid drops, accelerate droplets consolidating and effectually promote the efficiency of oil-water separation. The separating efficiency increases with the vibrating frequency. The effect of shear vibrating on separating efficiency is not obvious when the emulsion fluid stays in the unit for over long or short time.
