火烧试验自动控制系统设计

摘    要:环境试验中为考核产品贮运安全特性要进行火烧试验,为此设计了油位自动控制系统来精确控制油池燃烧时间。本文简要介绍了系统构建、控制流程、算法及软件设计。由于控制系统可通过跟踪计算燃烧速度来不断调节补油量,从而达到自适应精确控制燃烧时间的目的。通过实际火烧试验考核,证明了系统可以自动完成油量计算、控制,也验证了其工程应用可靠性。

Abstract:Products deposited and transported security capability is checked by fire test in environment test.A new type of diesel oil system level automatic control system is designed to control the burnable time of oil in the pond accurately.The constitute of system,control process,algorithm,software design are described briefly in the paper.Because the amount of supplied oil is adjusted continuously by tracking and calculating the buring velocity,it causes the test target of self-adaptive control burnable time accurately.The automatic calculation and control of oil quantity can be checked through actual fire test,as well as the engineering application reliability.
