| 摘 要： | 在研究了数字化制造系统的质量控制和质量保证技术的基础上，为实现其统计过程控制的要求，设计了质量数据采集分析系统。系统具有2条数据采集通道，可以实现手动和自动检测。实践证明，在线检测数据采集技术为集成质量系统中加工质量自动补偿提供了必要的技术支持。

| Abstract: | On the basis of quality control and assurance technology of digital manufacturing system,we need to design a online inspecting data collection and analysis system to meet the need of statistical process control. The system has two data collection channel, can accomplish manual and automatic inspection. Practice showed that the technology of online inspecting data collection can provide necessary technology support for machining quality automatic compensation in the integrated quality system. |
