| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对支气管哮喘患者变应原特异性IgE抗体和血清哮酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白（eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)水平的测定，探讨其在哮喘发病中的作用。方法：应用Pharmacia UniCAP系统测定48例支气管哮喘患者血清吸入性变应原特异性IgE抗体和ECP水平。结果：48例患者中变应原阳性者26例，占54．17％，阴性者22例，占45．83％；哮喘患者变应原阳性组ECP高于正常者的百分比明显高于阴性组。结论：支气管哮喘的发生中有相当一部分与吸入变应原有密切的关系；外源性哮喘患者血液中嗜酸粒细胞处于激活状态，易于释放蛋白颗粒。

| Abstract: | To elucidate the role of ECP and sIgE in the pathogenesis of asthma. Methods The serum ECP and specific aeroallergen were detected using a pharmacia UniCAP 100 type instrument. Results The positive rate of specific IgE antibody in asthmatics was 54.17% (26/48). The increasing rate of ECP was 31. 25% (15/48 ). The increasing rate of ECP in asthmatics with positive specific IgE is higher than that with negative specific IgE. Conclusion Aeroallergen is highly related to the pathogenesis of asthma. The esonophils of allergic asthma remain activated and release protein granules easily. |
