| 摘 要： | 金银产品因为含钢高而达不到一级品标准.在铜铅阳极泥混合处理的半湿法流程中,采取适当措施可以避免铜进入金银产品和在体系中积累.硫酸化焙烧水浸过程中,强化浸出和加强浸出渣洗涤;氧化精炼时开路部分铜渣;银电解液开路除铜,保持AgCu＞31,并提高电解液循环速度;银电解阳极泥结块破碎,并经酸洗、水洗和氨洗等都是有效的方法.

| Abstract: | The method for preventing copper going into gold and silver products or accumulating in the system is investigated Intensifying leaching and washing process in roasting with sulphuric acid and leachig stages,separating copper contained slag in oxidation refining step,eliminating copper residue in electrolyte cleaning process,are the effective ways removing copper from the system Increasing the rate of electrolyte circulation,fining the slime of silver electrolysis and washing it with acid solution,water,and ammonium solution,the final gold and silver products can be up to standard |
