风湿性心脏病左房大小与房颤关系的观察

分析了78例风心病并发房颤患者的左房内径大小与房颤的关系,结果表明:78例皆有二尖瓣狭窄的基础病变;房颤的发生率随左房内径的扩大而增高,本组左房内径60毫米以上者房颤率达100％;房颤转复成功率随左房扩大而降低,转复后复发率则随左房的扩大而升高。有效地控制瓣膜的损害,解除血液动力学障碍,能阻止左房的进一步扩大,减少房颤的发生。

OBSERVATIONS OF THE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE SIZE OF THE LEFT ATRIUM AND ATRIAL FIBRILLATION IN RHEUMATIC HEART DISEASE

The relations between the size of the diameter of the left atrium andthe atrial fibrillation are analysed in seventy-eight cases of rheumaticheart disease complicated by atrial fibrillation. The results show that allthe 78 cases have basic pathological changes in mitral stenosis. The in-cidence of atrial fibrillation increases with the expansion of the diameterof the left atriumThe incidence of atrial fibrillation in those left atriawhose diameters are more than 60mm at taians 100%. The success rate ofreturn for atrial fibrillation is reduced as the left atrium enlarges. Af-ter returning the relapse rate is increased as the atrium enlarges. If thevalvular lesions are controlled effectively and the hemodynamic troubleis relieved, farther expansion of the atrium can be prevented and atrialfibrillation is able to decrease.
