企业人力资本结构布局优化策略选择——以A烟草公司为例

当今知识经济时代,加强人力资本管理已成为企业取得竞争优势、增强核心竞争力的关键所在.在企业人力资本管理实践中,人力资本结构的布局优化对于促进企业科学发展、和谐发展有着重要支撑作用.本文以A烟草公司为例,在分析其人力资本存量、人力资本学历结构区域分布特征及存在问题的基础上,提出基于网络分析法(ANP)的人力资本结构布局优化策略优选模型,不仅能够有效反映出评价指标之间的依存、反馈关系,而且也能为其它企业优化人力资本结构布局、提升企业绩效提供理论借鉴.

Selecting Suitable Strategy of Human Capital to Improve Inner Structure Distribution---A Case Study of Tobacco Corporation A

In an era of knowledge economy,human capital management for enterprises （HCME ）is the key to gain competition advantages.In practice,reasonable distribution of the HCME is critical to promote the scientific and harmonious development of enterprises.Tobacco corporation A is taken for case study to analyze its area distribution of characteristics for elements of both stock of human capital and educational history of employees. Furthermore,a selection model based on analytic network process （ANP）for suitable strategy is proposed to improve the HCME,which not only reflects complex relation of dependence and feedback,but also gives some valuable information for other enterprises to perform similar tasks.
