橡胶水泥稳定碎石振动击实试验研究

摘    要:对不同橡胶粉掺量的水泥稳定碎石混合料进行了振动击实试验,并测定了不同橡胶粉掺量结合料的最大干密度、最佳含水量;分析了橡胶粉含量对水泥稳定碎石的无限侧抗压强度的影响;最后采用冲刷试验和干燥收缩性能试验分析了橡胶粉对水泥稳定碎石性能的影响.结果表明:一定含量和细度的橡胶粉能够略微改善水泥稳定碎石的抗压强度,提高水泥稳定碎石的稳定性.

Abstract:Vibration compaction test was conducted on cement stabilized macadam mixed with different amounts of rubber powder, and the maximum dry density and optimum water content were measured. The impact of amount of rubber powder on unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam was analyzed, and the impact on the performance was studied with washout test and drying shrinkage test. The results show that with proper amount and dimension of rubber powder, the compressive strength and stability of cement stabilized macadam shall be improved.
