| 摘 要： | 去除猪肉图像背景常采用图像分割技术来实现。基于阈值分割理论，对特定条件下的猪肉图像，进行了不同的阈值分割方法的比较研究。通过实验比较，去除猪肉图像背景的有效方法是利用RGB图像的R分量和G分量差进行灰度化处理，再利用阈值分割法，能较好的把背景和肌肉区域分离。 |

| Abstract: | Image segmentation technique is often used to remove the background of pork image. Based on the threshold segmentation theory, different threshold segmentation methods of pork image were studied. Through experiments comparison, the effective way is to subtract G component from the R component (R-G), grayscale processing, and then using threshold segmentation method can be better to separate the background and the muscle area. |
